You and a band of unlikely allies must leave the safety of Céad Darach, the last great city, to explore a world inspired by ancient Irish myth and legend, filled with unquiet spirits, overgrown ruins, and forgotten magic.

Beyond the Woods is an original campaign setting inspired by the rich folklore and mythology of Ireland. It draws on the great legends and lesser-known tales of this ancient land to create a strange and mysterious world of magic, spirits, and faeries for you to explore. 

Beyond the Woods offers a new way to play Legend in the Mist, presenting an unforgiving dark fantasy world that only the bravest of heroes would dare explore. Centuries ago, the Sluagh, a spectral legion of the accursed dead, swept across Tír Nascath, leaving countless haunted ruins, lost cities, and abandoned villages in their wake. Your ancestors survived thanks to the magical light of the Golden Oak, but the light of the great tree is waning. You and your allies must gather what supplies you can carry and venture into the unforgiving lands of Tír Nascath. You will face unknown horrors, encounter otherworldly spirits, and explore long-forgotten ruins in the hopes of finding something that can save your home.
